Lettercup is a cozy game, and it should feel like a quiet corner of a cafe where nobody is watching. Here is exactly what happens with your information.

The game

Steam notes

If you ask to hear when Lettercup comes to Steam, we keep your email address, the platforms you ticked (if any) and the date, and use them only to send those notes, one when the Steam page goes live and one when the game launches. We never sell or share your address. It's stored with Cloudflare, which runs this site. Every note has a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time by replying to one.

The TestFlight beta

If you join the beta, Apple's TestFlight shares some information with the developer so the game can be improved. That includes the email address or public link you joined with, your device model and OS version, crash reports, and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send. This is covered by Apple's privacy policy and is used only to fix bugs and make Lettercup better.

This website

playlettercup.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only thing it stores is a Steam signup, if you make one. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability. The fonts are hosted here, so nothing is loaded from third parties.

Children

Lettercup is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Questions

Beta players can reach us any time with TestFlight's Send Beta Feedback. If this policy changes, the date above will change with it.
